I think that car is a Buick. Those were the days when petrol was cheap and american cars would be considered small if their engine is 3000c.c . The average size of their engines were anything from 5000cc to 6000c.c.
Imagine a 6000cc engine is 3 times the size of the Perdana engine !!! Can you imagine the consumption !!
